The same policy is published on the RedFoxApps website at redfoxapps.com/apps/repvo/privacy-policy. The RedFoxApps website and our other apps have their own policies there.

Consumer health data
This section is our consumer health data privacy policy under Washington's My Health My Data Act, Nevada SB 370, Connecticut's consumer health data rules and similar laws. Wherever you live, we treat health information the same way.
- What we collect: the health screening answers, injuries, pain areas, movement limits and conditions you enter, plus body measurements (height, weight) and the workouts you log.
- Where it comes from: only from you, inside the app.
- Why: to build, check and adjust your training plan, and to show your progress. Nothing else.
- Consent: we ask for your consent in the app before you enter health information. You can skip those questions, and you can withdraw consent at any time by deleting the information in Profile or deleting your account.
- Who receives it: only the service providers below that host our database (Google Firebase) and generate plans (Anthropic). They process it on our instructions and can't use it for their own purposes.
- What we never do: sell it, use it for advertising, or include it in crash reports or analytics.
- Your rights: you can confirm whether we hold your health data, get a copy, ask us to delete it, and get a list of the service providers that received it. Email [email protected] or use the in-app controls. If we refuse a request you can appeal by replying to our decision, and if you're still unhappy you can contact your state Attorney General.
How we use it
- To create your plan, check it against safety rules, and let you edit and track it.
- To sync your data between your phone and our servers when you're online.
- To manage your subscription and restore purchases.
- To answer your messages and send essential account emails. We don't send marketing emails unless you ask for them.
- To find and fix bugs, prevent abuse and keep the service secure.
- To meet legal obligations.
We don't make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects using automated processing. AI helps arrange your plan, and you can review and change every exercise in it.
Who we share it with
We only share personal information with service providers who help us run Repvo, under contracts that limit how they use it:
- Google Firebase (Google LLC): sign-in, database, file storage, cloud functions, notifications, and crash reports if you opt in. Crash reports never include health information.
- Anthropic (Anthropic, PBC): generates the arrangement of your plan. It receives your profile answers and limitations, never your name or email. Under our agreement, this data isn't used to train its models, and our plan function doesn't log it.
- RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.): subscription status. It doesn't receive health information.
- Apple and Google app stores: they process your purchases under their own privacy policies.
- YouTube (Google LLC): if you play an exercise video, YouTube handles that playback under its own privacy policy.
- Analytics provider: only if you opt in, and never with health information.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect someone's safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy still applies to your data.
We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
This website
repvo.app sets no cookies and runs no analytics, pixels or trackers. Fonts and images are served from our own host. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for a short time for security. If you email us, we use your message only to reply.
Storage, transfers and retention
Your data is stored on your phone and, once synced, on Google Cloud servers. Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. When your information leaves Canada, Australia or New Zealand, we stay accountable for it and require providers to protect it to a comparable standard.
We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your data from our live systems within 30 days, and from backups when they cycle out. We keep limited records longer only when the law requires it, such as purchase records. Data that never left your phone is erased when you delete the app.
We protect data with encryption in transit, access rules that keep each person's data separate, and limited staff access. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach is likely to cause you serious harm, we'll tell you and the relevant regulator as the law requires.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can:
- see and export your data (Profile, then Settings, then Export)
- correct your profile and health answers at any time
- delete your account and data (how to delete)
- turn usage analytics on or off
- ask us any question about your data
Email [email protected] from the address on your account. We'll confirm your identity, then respond within 30 days (or sooner if your local law requires). We won't treat you differently for using your rights.
Rights by country
United States
If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon or another state with a privacy law, you have the right to know what we collect, access it, correct it, delete it, get a portable copy, and opt out of sale, targeted advertising and profiling. We don't sell or share data for targeted ads, and we only use sensitive information (including health data) to provide the app, so there's nothing to opt out of or limit. You can use an authorized agent, and you can appeal a decision by replying to it. Our disclosures under the California Consumer Privacy Act are the "What we collect", "How we use it" and "Who we share it with" sections above.
Canada
We handle personal information under PIPEDA and applicable provincial laws, including Quebec's Law 25. You can access and correct your information and withdraw consent. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or, in Quebec, the Commission d'accès à l'information.

Age limit
Repvo is for people aged 16 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes and contact
If we make a meaningful change to this policy, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect and update the date at the top. Questions or requests: [email protected].
