The app
What is Repvo?
Repvo is a workout plan and tracking app for iPhone and Android. You tell it your goal, your equipment, how often you can train and anything that limits you. It builds a complete training plan around those answers, then tracks every set you log.
Who is Repvo for?
Anyone aged 16 or over who wants to lift with a plan instead of guessing. It's especially useful if you train around something, like a sore lower back, a knee that doesn't like squats, or a doctor's instruction to avoid jumping.
Can Repvo build a workout plan around an injury?
Yes. Pick from joint areas (knee, lower back, shoulder, hip, neck, wrist, ankle, elbow), movement limits such as no jumping, no kneeling or seated only, and conditions like hypertension or a joint replacement. Exercises that clash with your answers are removed before your plan is written.
If you tell us about recent surgery, pregnancy, a joint replacement or osteoporosis, Repvo builds a more cautious plan and asks you to get cleared by a doctor first.
Is Repvo medical advice or a physio replacement?
No. Repvo is a fitness app, not a medical device. It can't examine you or diagnose anything. Talk to your doctor before starting a new exercise program, and stop if something hurts. See the health disclaimer.
What equipment do I need?
Whatever you have. Choose a commercial gym, a basic home setup, dumbbells only or bodyweight only, or tick off exactly what you own. Your plan only uses what's on the list.
How long does it take to get a plan?
A few minutes. There are about a dozen short questions, one per screen, and your plan appears straight after. You don't need an account to see it.
Does Repvo work offline?
Yes. Your plan, workout log, exercise photos and written instructions are stored on your phone, so a gym with no signal is fine. Exercise videos need a connection. Changes sync when you're back online.
Does Repvo support kg and lb?
Yes. Choose your units once during setup and the whole app follows. You can change it later in settings.
Does it track cardio and stretching?
Yes. Cardio gets a timer with distance and intensity, and warm-ups and stretches get hold timers that move on by themselves. Strength work uses weight and reps.
AI and safety
How does Repvo use AI?
AI arranges your plan: it orders exercises, balances your week and writes a short note explaining each choice. It only chooses from exercises that have already passed Repvo's safety rules.
What stops the AI suggesting something unsafe for me?
Fixed, tested rules run before and after the AI. First they remove every exercise that conflicts with your limitations. Then they check the finished plan again and replace anything that doesn't fit. The AI never decides what's safe on its own.
What happens if the AI is unavailable?
You still get a plan. Repvo can build one using its rules alone, on your phone, with no internet connection.
Privacy and account
Do I need an account?
Not to start. After you see your plan, we'll suggest adding an email or signing in with Apple or Google so your workouts are backed up and you can move to a new phone.
Is my health information shared or sold?
Never sold, and never used for advertising. Your limitations and health answers are used to build your plan and are kept out of crash reports and analytics. The privacy policy lists every service that handles your data and why.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app, go to Profile, then Settings, then Delete account. You can also email us. Full steps are on the delete account page.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so you cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app doesn't cancel it. The support page links to both.
